Life Coaching Course
This course is a unique holistic training programme designed by renowned expert Danielle Collins. It is based on Self Improvement Techniques, Yoga, Relaxation, Wellbeing and Nutrition. It will lead you through a combination of Life Coaching exercises and techniques which allow you to become aware, set goals and make changes for a healthier, happier life. It will also help stretch, strengthen and calm the body with Yoga and give you an overall feeling of health and wellbeing through Relaxation Therapy. The tips and techniques throughout will help you gain knowledge and understanding of how and why to improve your health and happiness.
This is a 6 week course, for your own personal use, will allow you to understand and put into practice Life Coaching, Yoga and Wellbeing techniques for a healthier mind and body. The course consists of a weekly Training Manual chapter for each of your 6 weeks. This is a series of learning and activities to study and do during each week. It is recommended that you spend a minimum of 1 hour per week on the Training Manual learning. Each week you will also have a minimum of a 10 minute Yoga and/or Wellbeing Video which is recommended you practice 3 times during the allocated week (on 2 of the weeks there will be an extra 5 minute video to watch as many times as you like). The combination of the Training Videos and Training Manual over the 6 weeks will be approximately 10 hours.
