What was your overall opinion of the training?
"I thought it was FANTASTIC – really in depth, thorough and professional but at the same time delivered in a positive encouraging manner. Your (Danielle's) positivity and kindness really affects how you teach and it rubs off on the students. Brilliant. I came away feeling knowledgeable and empowered and with a real sense of achievement."
What was the most important thing you learned from the training?
"That face yoga has benefits beyond the skin – improved sleep and wellbeing for example. That it should be used holistically"
What was your favourite thing about the training?
"The lovely bright positive space in which it took place, and the gentle but effective ways you checked our learning. I also like the fact we practiced on each other, which really built bonds within the group"
If you were to recommend the training to a friend, what would you say?
"I would say that it is a weekend that will change their life and I am not kidding. In the last few days since doing the course I have had bags more energy and have slept really well and I am sure that’s not a coincidence! I really believe in the transformative effects of face yoga and will encourage others to learn to teach it for themselves. Let’s spread the love!"
Do you plan on using your training with clients. If so, how?
"Definitely – I am an Activities Co-ordinator in a sheltered housing scheme for older people, and I will be holding face yoga classes for them. It is a great fun activity that everyone can do regardless of their levels of mobility"
