What was your overall opinion of the training?
I loved the training and found it professional, concise and very informative very full on but in a lovely relaxed atmosphere
What was the most important thing you learned from the training?
Face Yoga is for all and can benefit many as well as the benefits for myself and I can combine it with my existing therapies
What was your favourite thing about the training?
The whole learning experience and having another tool in my box to help even more clients than I do now
Do you plan on using your training with clients. If so, how? Yes on a 1 to 1 basis with existing clients on several levels, clients who hold tension in the face caused with stress or physical conditions which then can have a knock on affect to an array of conditions i.e migraine, headaches, grinding teeth, insomnia. Also for the menopause- this will also help to boost confidence for women at this time of their lives knowing this is something positive they can do for themselves as well as the lovely benefits it will bring.
I will also be starting classes first thing in the new year
