Excellent. Small, personal group. We learnt loads off each other too.
Do you plan on using your training with clients. If so, how?Yes, to add into existing yoga classes. Also do workshops and 1:1 with clients
What was the most important thing you learned from the training?
The overall (holistic) approach. Really promote rest, relaxation and healthy eating for the face

The practical stuff. Learning on each other
If you were to recommend the training to a friend, what would you say?
Work your face, not just your body. You exercise your body so exercise your face -you can really feel it working your facial muscles.
