Learning from Danielle felt like a privilege. I feel like I have not just the knowledge but the inspiration behind her Face Yoga. I feel like I learned far beyond just the mechanics of Face Yoga; it was instruction the kind of person I want to be for my clients and students. I also felt like my mechanics and presentation skills improved greatly.
I think the most important thing I learned was that Face Yoga is not just about knowing exercises and demonstrating them, but rather it is a caring, holistic practice and one can certainly make a difference in someone else’s life with this method.
The best part of the course was definitely getting to train with Danielle. It was certainly intimidating on one level, but I feel like it was a great opportunity to hear the program she developed directly from her. There is not one thing I feel could be improved in the training!
Training in The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method is great, even if you aren’t even planning to teach it exclusively right away. It can be added to an existing holistic practice easily enough and it’s just a lot of great information to have in your wellness toolkit. 10/ 10
