What has been your experience of Face Yoga prior to starting the training?
I had been trying a few exercises for a couple of months. I got them from the internet. I did start to see a difference but was always worried i was doing them incorrectly.
What was your overall opinion of the training?
I loved the training. It was full of lots of information and explains all moves etc well.
Do you plan on using your training with clients. If so, how?
I do plan on using the method with my clients. Through classes, one to ones and workshops.
What was the most important thing you learned from the training?
Everything!! How all the moves are done, the correct way to do acupressure. The massage moves and the energy work were all new, and very important to me.
What was your favourite thing about the training?
Being able to do face yoga correctly. Seeing better quicker results.
If you were to recommend the training to a friend, what would you say?
That you will love the training pack and all it entails!
