Claudia Steffan - Face Yoga Teacher
I have been a Yoga teacher for a few years and after the training of Danielle I have a good position to start teaching others in Face Yoga. I like routine workouts or “flows”, that you can repeat daily plus you have the possibilities to create variations in other classes with other techniques.
The best part of the training is the face workouts and learning how face yoga works. And that it is such a great way calm down. For me more than doing body Yoga, because sometimes I am too tired to do body Yoga but stressed. So in the evening doing Face Yoga gives me a good sleep and I stop clenching my teeth.
If I was to talk about the training to a friend I would say: it is a good place to start being a Face yogi. It has a perfect price-performance ratio. You can reduce aging, calm down every day and learn to be aware of many details in your face and mind. What you learn here is more useful for your appearance that any cream or cosmetic treatment could achieve, because your mind and your body have advantages of it. 10/ 10
