"I have been utilizing the Face Yoga Warm up, Upper Face Workout, and the Lower Face Workout. I have to admit that I love how yoga affects my body but I had no idea that it could be so beneficial for the face too. After my first Face Yoga experience, I immediately noticed that my skin was glowing and looked more energized. By day two, I noticed the bags under my eyes began to diminish. Danielle suggests doing 20 minutes each day, for six days a week. I have started to incorporate this into my morning routine before leaving for the gym. I put a little coconut oil on my face while performing the face yoga and then I start my day with healthy and vibrant skin. It truly has made a difference in the way my skin looks and feels.
