'It was a most enjoyable and informative weekend working within a small group environment. There was ample opportunity to experience Face Yoga with lots of personal practice whilst receiving support and advice from Danielle. Group questions / discussions were excellent for sharing thoughts and ideas. Danielle is available for ongoing advice and support as we begin to share Face Yoga with friends, family and clients, be it individually or in group situations. I also consider Face Yoga to be an excellent complement to regular yoga classes. The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method provides excellent results and along with improved muscular tone we can experience the wonderful feelings of well-being and relaxation that is yoga. 10/10'
