Margaret Turner - Teacher of The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method
I met Danielle Collins at the Om Yoga Show and was very impressed with her programme. I decided to try her method and found that after just a couple of weeks of spending about 15 to 20 minutes a day I began to notice quite an improvement in the muscle tone around my cheeks. I could also see a visible difference around the eye area. Having personally experienced the benefits of Face Yoga I thoroughly enjoy sharing my knowledge to help others enjoy the benefits also.
