"The training pack is very comprehensive, and explains all the techniques very well. It was useful to have access to videos demonstrating the techniques to use alongside the training pack. It also gives a good structure for client sessions and suggestions of how to use the techniques creatively. I like the fact that it provides flexibility in how to incorporate into my existing holistic practice and the Face Yoga as a Business section really motivated me.
Rather than seeing face exercise as something to be done in isolation, I loved the way a programme could be put together incorporating the massage, acupressure and relaxation techniques, as well affirmations and visualisations which I wouldn’t have thought of using. So I now have many more “tools in my toolbox” of techniques to use with clients.
The training provides the skills and confidence to either run classes and workshops which incorporate face exercises, face massage, face acupressure and relaxation techniques, with a flexible format for either one-to-one sessions or for larger group sessions, but that in addition, it’s a great add on to an existing complementary therapy or yoga practice, where you can add value, and therefore differentiate yourself from other therapists."
