"I think it's a really amazing practice that you have developed, it's interesting to me that most people look in the mirror every day either to brush there hair or put on make up yet don't really know there face. The experience that face yoga gives of touching exploring and really getting to know their own faces is a real adventure of discovery for many people and of course delight in the results that they achieve. Also I think face yoga offers individuals an opportunity to experience a mind and body connection that feels safe and accessible.
I really enjoyed training with Julia she is wonderful teacher - For myself I would like in future to integrate face yoga as part of well being workshops & courses as well as with my Yoga classes as I currently am doing.
