These sessions will allow you to understand the importance of lifestyle management and life/work balance. You will have a chance to explore all the main areas of your lifestyle and understand what needs attention and then set simple, reachable and life-changing goals in order to start making an immediate difference to your health and happiness. In between sessions you will have a chance to put techniques and goals into practice, then evaluate and discuss further action.
You will have a full lifestyle and stress-level assessment. This will be combined with learning basic positive thinking techniques, nutrition advice, stress management tips and deep relaxation.
