Yoga
Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, these private sessions in Yoga will enable you to work on your personal health, fitness and wellbeing goals. In your sessions with Danielle, you will start by having a personal consultation and you will be led through a tailor-made combination of postures, movements, stretching, breathing exercises and relaxation. Yoga has many internal and external benefits including increased flexibility, strength, energy and calm.
Types of yoga available:
- Hatha Yoga (physical yoga with relaxation)
- Integral Yoga (combines different aspects of yoga)
- Power Yoga (a high level fitness workout)
- Antenatal Yoga (for pregnant ladies from 16 weeks)
- Postnatal Yoga (for after birth up to 6 months)
- Relaxation Yoga (with emphasis on calming and releasing tension for the mind and body)
