Yoga and Pilates Course
This course is a unique holistic training programme designed by renowned expert Danielle Collins. It is based on Yoga and Pilates with aspects of Body Conditioning, Face Yoga, Relaxation, Wellbeing and Nutrition. It leads you through a combination of exercises and techniques which build strength and tone, release tension and increase flexibility. It also calms and unwinds the mind and gives you an overall feeling of health and wellbeing. The tips and techniques throughout help you gain knowledge and understanding of how and why to improve your health and happiness.
This six hour course allows you to understand and put in to practice Yoga, Pilates and Wellbeing techniques for a healthier body and mind. The course consists of 3.5 hours of learning from this Training Manual and 2.5 hours of learning from the Training Videos. Please note that this is a recommended minimum amount of study time and that you can spend as long as you like studying so that you gain a full understanding of the course.
