Ensure you have clean hands, and grab your favourite serum.
Using both hands, place your index and middle fingers directly below your mouth corners, just above your jawbone. Apply a little serum to the skin and glide your fingers upward, separating your middle and index fingers away from each other so they form a V shape.
Stop gliding when your middle fingers reach just above your nostrils and lift off.
Repeat and keep going for 1 minute.
