In the Face Yoga teacher training course you will learn:

• Anatomy and physiology of the face
• Theory, science and tradition of Face Yoga
• Face exercise
• Face massage
• Face acupressure
• Relaxation
• Meditation, breathing and affirmation techniques
• Wellbeing, nutrition and sleep tips
• How to teach a Face Yoga class, workshop and one-to-one session
• Safety procedures
• Setting up a business

You will need to study a minimum of 11 hours in your own time, complete a written assignment then take a 30 minute practical assessment (with me via video call) at a mutually convenient date/time. I will be available throughout and after your training to provide support and answer any queries.

On completion of the course you will receive The Certificate of Achievement in The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method and you are will be listed on my website as a qualified teacher who has been certified by the World leading Face Yoga expert.
