BLOG 318: WANT TO TEACH FACE YOGA? HERE'S HOW TO BUILD A BUSINESS YOU LOVE
May 04, 2025
If you’ve been thinking about becoming a Face Yoga teacher, first of all — I’m so excited for you. Teaching Face Yoga isn’t just a career move. It’s a soulful calling. It’s about stepping into your soul’s purpose, helping others feel confident in their skin, and creating a business that supports your wellbeing, your freedom, and your abundance.
After you complete your Face Yoga teacher training (whether with me or someone else aligned with your heart), you might wonder… What’s next? How do I actually start? How do I find clients and feel confident teaching?
These are questions I hear all the time — and I’ve been there too. When I started out, I didn’t have all the answers. But what I did have was a deep passion for helping others and a belief that Face Yoga could truly change lives. And honestly, I llearnt along the way. I have been doing this for 20 years but I don’t want it to take that long for you. I want to give you easy actionable tips you can implement right away.
Here are 4 of my top tips to help you grow your confidence, attract your ‘soulmate clients’, and build a Face Yoga business you adore.
1. Start with your “why”
Get crystal clear on why you want to teach Face Yoga.
Did it help you through a tough time? Did it transform your skin or your self-confidence? Have you always felt called to help others choose a natural route for their skin and beauty?
Your “why” is your power. It will keep you grounded when fear or self-doubt creeps in. And more importantly, it’s what will attract the right clients to you — people who resonate with your story and feel safe in your energy.
Take time to journal on this. Say it out loud. Share it in your content. Your story is your brand.
2. Don’t wait to be “perfect”
You do not need to have years of experience, a fancy website, or 100k followers to get started. All you need is a desire to serve, the willingness to grow, and the courage to take the first step.
Perfectionism is just fear in disguise. So show up as you are today. Share what you know today. Bring your community along with you for your journey.
Also remember that authenticity always wins. The world doesn’t need another filtered version of success — it needs real, heart-led teachers like you.
3. Share consistently (even when it feels scary)
Visibility is one of the most important parts of growing your Face Yoga business. Whether that’s through Instagram posts, emails, free workshops, or chatting about it in your local café — you have to let people know you exist.
And I get it — it can feel vulnerable at first. But your ideal clients need to hear your voice. They need your unique energy and the specific way you teach.
So choose a platform that feels aligned (you don’t have to do them all!), and commit to showing up consistently. Even imperfect posts can inspire someone to book a class with you!
4. Create a simple offer & make it easy to join
When you’re just starting out, you don’t need a huge program or complicated packages.
Start with one simple class or session. Focus on the techniques you love most — maybe it’s lifting the jaw, smoothing the forehead, or promoting hormonal balance through acupressure.
Create a clear, friendly way for people to sign up (even a simple booking link or message prompt works!), and talk about the benefits of what they’ll get.
Remember: people don’t just buy Face Yoga — they buy how it will make them feel and they buy from people they align with so just be yourself.
