BLOG 338: MY PREDICTIONS FOR WELLNESS ENTREPRENEURS IN THE AI WORLD OF 2026
Oct 01, 2025As the Face Yoga Expert, I often think of where the future trends are going, both in wellness and in business. And lately, one topic keeps coming up in my conversations with teachers, peers, and clients: AI.
Now, I’ll be honest upfront, if it were entirely up to me, AI wouldn’t exist. I would happily skip it. But here’s the reality: it is here. And resisting it doesn’t help anyone. If someone had told me back when social media started that I shouldn’t resist it the way I did, I would’ve leaned into it earlier. Yes, I’m blessed to have organically grown to over 1.3 million social media followers across my platforms, but growth would have been faster, easier, and helped even more people sooner, if I hadn’t carried so many limiting beliefs about what social media was and its negative effects.
That’s the mindset I want to bring to AI. I can’t ignore it, but I can guide wellness entrepreneurs, Face Yoga teachers, yoga teachers, beauty, wellness, fitness, health business owners, on how to embrace the parts of AI that truly help while leaning away from the parts that don’t.
Why I’m Embracing AI (Even When I Don’t Want It)
AI can feel intimidating, and I understand the fear and hesitation around it. But here’s the thing: leaning into it strategically can actually free you up to focus on what really matters, your creativity, intuition, and connection with people.
In 2025 and moving into 2026, AI is already capable of helping in almost every area of your business, from content creation to marketing to operational tasks. That doesn’t mean you need to use all of it. Pick the parts that truly support you, especially the repetitive or time-consuming tasks, and let AI assist there.
How Wellness Entrepreneurs Can Use AI Without Losing Their Voice
AI is essentially a super smart, all-knowing assistant, but it’s not a replacement for your intuition or unique perspective.
Here’s how I notice it working best:
- Use AI to structure and polish content, but always start with your ideas.
- Ask it for social media post improvements, blog structures, SEO enhancements, or even title ideas but don’t let it replace your creativity.
- Let it help with personalised documents, like client consultation forms, finance management, systems or templates for your wellness business.
- Use it to brainstorm ideas, problem-solve, or give you fresh perspectives when you’re stuck.
Think of AI as a supportive partner: it amplifies what you already do well without replacing your originality.
Practical Ways AI Can Support Your Business in 2025–2026
Last night on a VIP Zoom call with our Face Yoga teachers, I shared an example: personalising initial client consultation forms. We provide a basic template in our Face Yoga Teacher training, but if a teacher wants to adapt it to a specific location or legal requirement, AI can do it, quickly and accurately, once you provide the right prompts.
Other ways AI can support your wellness business:
- Writing initial drafts of blogs or newsletters (then you edit them to retain your voice)
- Improving grammar and SEO for existing content
- Organising schedules or automating reminders
- Brainstorming social media campaigns or wellness programs
- Generating ideas for new products, workshops, or retreats
The key is asking the right questions. In 2026, wellness entrepreneurs who know how to frame the problem and give clear prompts to AI will have a significant advantage.
Why Human Connection Will Always Outshine AI
Here’s the part AI can’t touch: human connection. In-person experiences, retreats, workshops, one-to-one sessions, and small group classes, will thrive in the coming years. People will actively seek connection in a world where so much is automated.
Your story, your energy, and your lived experience cannot be replicated by AI. That is what draws people to you and your business. Even if you run a large online business, leaning into live sessions, Instagram Lives, or Zoom calls ensures your authenticity shines through.
Predictions for 2026: What’s Next for Wellness Entrepreneurs
Here’s what I see unfolding over the next year:
- Strategic AI use gives a massive advantage. Save time, handle repetitive tasks, and optimise content while focusing on your creativity.
- Human-centric experiences will become more valuable than ever. Retreats, workshops, and in-person treatments will be highly sought after.
- Intuition + AI = ultimate business tool. The best businesses will combine smart technology with authentic, human-driven service.
- Asking better questions will be a key skill. Clear prompts to AI will separate those who thrive from those who merely survive.
- Content is still king, but your voice makes it resonate. Educational content will remain valuable, but your unique perspective is irreplaceable.
My Advice for Balancing AI and Intuition in Your Business
- Don’t be afraid of AI. Start small, experiment, and see what works for you.
- Identify 5–10 areas where AI can help you save time or improve efficiency.
- Never lose sight of your intuition. That is your superpower and differentiator.
- Double down on human connection. Your personality, energy, and story are more valuable than ever.
AI is here to stay, but it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or even scary. Think of it as a tool, like a brilliant assistant that can help you amplify your creativity, free up time, and grow your business while keeping your authenticity intact.
Final Thoughts: Thriving in an AI-Enhanced Wellness World
AI can enhance your wellness business, but the magic lies in balancing it with your intuition, creativity, and human connection. Lean into the technology where it serves you, but never forget the power of your unique voice.
As we move into 2026, my advice to all wellness entrepreneurs is simple: embrace AI, but double down on the human element. That’s how you’ll not only survive but thrive in the next era of the wellness industry.
