On 12/12, just before 12 o’clock, I was sitting on my sofa with a warm cup of tea, slippers on, and the Christmas tree softly glowing in the background. I took a few deep breaths, opened the Notes app on my phone, turned on voice recognition, and simply began to speak. What came through wasn’t something I thought about or planned,  it felt like an intuitive download. The words moved through my body and out through my mouth, without me needing to engage the thinking part of my brain at all. This felt like a 'knowing' rather than a prediction created by logic.

As we come to the close of this year, I’ve been reflecting deeply on what we have collectively moved through and what lies ahead. What keeps coming through very clearly is that 2025 was a year of shedding.

For many of us, 2025 asked us to let go of what no longer felt aligned. Sometimes this was a conscious choice, a decision we knew deep down we had to make. Other times, it felt as though life made the choice for us. Relationships shifted, roles changed, identities softened or dissolved altogether. And while not always comfortable, there was a deep bravery in this releasing.

This year carried the energy of the Chinese Year of the Snake, a year deeply associated with shedding old skin, clearing out what is outdated, and releasing what no longer serves the greatest good. Just like the snake sheds to grow, we were invited to do the same. And in doing so, we didn’t just release for ourselves, we released for the people around us too.

When we clear, we create space. When we close one door, we make room for another to open.
And this is where 2026 begins.

From February, we move into the Year of the Horse, and more specifically, the Fire Horse. This brings a very different energy, one of movement, momentum and action. Where the snake asked us to slow down, reflect and release, the horse invites us to gallop forward.

Yet intuitively, I don’t feel that January and early February will be about rushing ahead. Instead, the beginning of 2026 still carries a gentle clearing energy. These first couple of months give us time to become even more aware of what still needs to be released, particularly beliefs around self-worth, limitation and fear.

I feel that many of us will start the year recognising the areas of our lives where we don’t fully feel worthy, worthy of love, success, ease, abundance or joy. And this awareness is not here to shame us, but to free us. Because once we see these blocks clearly, we can consciously choose to clear them.

As spring approaches and especially from around April 2026  the energy shifts dramatically.

This is when I see a collective blossoming and blooming. A time of transformation, expansion and emergence. Not into someone new  but into who we truly are at a deep soul level.
Many of us have forgotten ourselves along the way. We’ve adapted, people-pleased, coped and survived. But from spring 2026, I feel we begin to remember. We remember our essence. Our truth. Our strength.

I also feel very strongly that the divine feminine will rise collectively during this time. And this has nothing to do with gender, we all carry both divine masculine and divine feminine energies within us. What’s coming forward is a feminine energy rooted not just in softness and creativity, but in deep, embodied strength.

This is a strength that is intuitive. A strength that listens inward. A strength that doesn’t force but knows when to act.

And with the Fire Horse energy, once we are clear, we can move faster than ever before. I feel we will make changes, big ones, particularly around work, career paths and relationships. Many people will feel called to pivot, to leave what no longer fits, and to step into what feels more aligned with who they truly are.

Yes, it will require bravery. But the message that keeps coming through is this: as soon as we stop fearing the future and start trusting ourselves, the rewards arrive more quickly than we ever imagined.

It feels as though many years, even decades, have led us to this point. A point where we are finally ready to stand in our power. To honour our truth. To live not from fear or conditioning, but from alignment and self-trust.

So I feel that the invitation for 2026 is to continue to clear, release and shed through the early months. Become aware of where worthiness blocks still exist. Choose bravery over fear. Take aligned action when the moment feels right. Honour who you are not who you think you should be.

2026 is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been and finally allowing yourself to live from that place.

Sending you love and happiness for 2026.
