For over 21 years, I have built an international wellness brand with a community of 1.3 million followers across social media.
I have created bestselling books, a global teacher training programme, online courses, a skincare range, a podcast, a YouTube channel and a business that allows me to work in a way that feels aligned with my values.
Along the way, I have built multiple income streams, made hundreds of TV and media appearances, and created a business that supports both financial abundance and personal freedom.
But perhaps what I’m most proud of is how I built it.
I started with no audience, no team and no roadmap.
I built this business organically, from scratch and on my own terms, and guided by intuition.
I didn’t build it through hustle, burnout or constantly chasing the next thing.
Instead, I built it through finding a niche I could truly own, making small but powerful shifts over time, staying consistent with those shifts and trusting my intuition when making decisions.
Most importantly, I built a business that gives me the freedom to prioritise my wellbeing, my family and the flexibility to work when, where and how I choose.
