I was determined to find health again and went on a transformative journey of self-healing. I discovered many different holistic wellness techniques and began to understand how these natural, simple, effective tools could restore my health. Within a year, I had healed myself from M.E. I also knew my purpose in life – to share these techniques with other people and support them on their own journeys to health and wellness. I then embarked on many trainings, did a lot of research and developed The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method and was then named World leading expert by the international press.
Today, I continue to dedicate my work to helping others look and feel the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves. #1 -Training materials you can follow at your own pace
As a business owner and a mother, I know how busy life can get. That’s why I’ve designed this Face Yoga Teacher Training course to be as flexible as possible.
When you join the course, you’ll be sent an electronic copy of the comprehensive training manual. This contains everything you need to learn including over 60 Face Yoga techniques and you'll discover how to teach them to others.
The manual is accompanied by links to videos that demonstrate the techniques and help you master them.
You’ll keep your access to these materials for life. There are no deadlines – you can work through the course at your own pace and in your own time.
We recommend a minimum of 11 hours of study, but there’s no maximum time and you can always revisit the lessons to keep your knowledge fresh.
#2 - Guidance from an experienced super trainer
To ensure you feel confident and empowered on your journey to becoming a Face Yoga teacher, you’ll have the support of your dedicated super trainer as you study the course materials.
You can opt to study with me or with one of our experienced Face Yoga super trainers. Either way, your trainer will be on hand to answer questions, provide support, and make sure you get the best from your training.
If you prefer more dedicated support, you can also choose to have one-to-one training with one of our super trainers. You’ll still receive all the training materials to study at home, but you’ll also have a 7-hour session with your super trainer to help you master the techniques.
You’ll also benefit from our online Facebook community of past and present students, so you have company on your journey as you develop your Face Yoga skills.
#3 - An internationally accredited certification
I want you to have confidence that this training is the highest quality possible, so I’m thrilled that it is accredited by both the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists.
As a result, completing the course gives you an internationally recognised certification to showcase your skills and knowledge.
When you’ve worked through the course materials, you’ll complete a short written assessment to confirm your knowledge. You’ll email this to your trainer, who will mark it and then contact you to book in the practical exam.
Don’t panic about the word exam – this isn’t as scary as it sounds! You’ll simply teach a mini version of a Face Yoga class, running through some of the techniques you’ve learnt on the course. This gives you confidence in your skills and helps you feel ready to take your new knowledge out into the world.
Once you’ve completed both the written assessment and the practical, you’ll receive an email with your diploma and will be officially qualified to teach Face Yoga.

Module 1 -
About Face Yoga
Our first session presents the different strands that make up the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method and explores their benefits. We’ll look at the scientific evidence for using Face Yoga to lift, tone, and smooth the face, answer some common questions, and discuss the combination of modern science and ancient wisdom that make The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method so unique.
Module 2 -
Understanding the anatomy of the face is vital to teaching Face Yoga. So, in this lesson, you’ll learn about the major muscles of the face and neck and their roles. We’ll also look at the bones of the face and cranium and discuss the structure of the skin.
Module 3 -
The 10 Minute Upper Face Workout and the 10 Minute Lower Face Workout
In the third lesson, we begin our deep dive into the different Face Yoga techniques. We’ll work through two 10 minute workouts that you can use to form the basis of your Face Yoga sessions. You’ll learn how each technique benefits the face and get tips on how to adapt these workouts for different purposes.
Module 4 -
The 5 Minute Workout
We’ll continue to learn different techniques and how to put them together by looking at a shorter Face Yoga workout that you can teach to clients who don’t have time to do a full Face Yoga session every day.
Module 5 -
In this lesson, we turn our attention to self massage techniques that lift the face, boost the circulation, and release tension from the muscles. We’ll run through 29 different facial massage techniques that you can teach clients to do themselves as well their benefits.
Module 6 -
Acupressure Points on the Face
Acupressure is an ancient Chinese and Indian system of applying pressure to specific points on your body and face. Many of these points are found on the face and acupressure is an important part of Face Yoga especially for wellbeing. In this lesson, we’ll look at the main points and their benefits.
Module 7 -
Energy Work for the Face
In Face Yoga, we work with the prana – also known as Qi in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This subtle form of energy can be thought of as your lifeforce or vitality. Working with the prana / Qi is the icing on the Face Yoga cake and helps you bring deeper wellness benefits to your clients. This lesson explores the principles of energy work and presents some techniques for you to use in your sessions.
Module 8 -
Neck, Back, and Shoulder Exercises
Our faces are, of course, connected to the rest of our bodies via our necks, backs, and shoulders. Tension in these areas can have a knock-on effect on the face, so the course includes this session on exercises to relax and release tightness from the upper body.
Module 9 -
Stress and the Face: The Mind, Body, Soul, and Face Connection
Face Yoga lifts and tones the face naturally, but its benefits also go much deeper. This lesson looks at the connection between the face and stress. We’ll look at how stress manifests itself in the face and body and discuss how to support stressed clients with relaxation and wellbeing tips.
Module 10 -
Teaching Face Yoga
Our final lesson brings together everything you’ve learnt and shows you how to use your new knowledge to teach others. You’ll learn how to conduct a consultation with clients, how to structure your classes, and how to put together a personalised Face Yoga programme. We’ll also talk about how to turn your Face Yoga skills into a business, what options there are for teaching, and how to decide on pricing for your sessions.

The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method teacher training, was fun! I enjoyed it! It was very clear and interesting, and I loved getting that time for just me. The course was clear, informative and a lot of fun! That is exactly what I needed during the lockdown. The sensation I got on my face after finishing the face exercises was the best thing about the course; it's as if I got a facelift!

I have really loved this course! Excellent and well-constructed course manual and video instructions and very organised in its approach. I enjoyed the learning and also the experience of daily practice. I have found the practice incredibly effective and relaxing and gave a sense of well-being. Not only do I now have skills to use for myself, but I can now share these to benefit others.
The most important thing I learned during the training was how effective the face yoga practice is. It really works so quickly, and it's great to have the exercises on video to refer to. My trainer was also very sensitive and encouraging when I lost motivation due to a bereavement.
There are so many things I could say right now, but first of all, THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH AMAZING SOULS, and most of all, Danielle and my Super Trainer, Charlotte, I can't thank you enough for daring to be who you are because people need you! Doing the Face Yoga teacher training has changed my life and moved me in so many ways. I feel stronger, aligned and anchored. What a great feeling.

The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method teacher training course is a fantastic sharing of knowledge and skills. In the course, I learned to believe in what you do and to be gentle to yourself.

This was a very comprehensive training program with a clear structure and lots of encouragement to step into the wonderful world of face yoga! Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method manual is easy to follow, educational and inspires confidence. Thanks for such a calming, clear and inspirational training. I loved the clear videos which accompanied the written description of each exercise.
My biggest takeaway from the training has actually been about stress management and taking time to calm the adrenals. The exercise where you visualize relaxing the face has also been really beneficial for my teeth grinding! I am a lot calmer and less prone to panic since starting face yoga.

I loved the training! It is very well organised and self-explanatory. Although Danielle Collins and her team made themselves available for any questions I may have had regarding the training, I never felt the need to do so because all the teachings were so comprehensible. I felt as if I was being trained by Danielle in person. The recording of the techniques was very clear and easy to follow, and what I enjoyed the most about the teacher training was that there was no time limit, and I was free to study and practice at my own pace. Plus, I now have a wonderful repertoire of Face Yoga poses at my disposal that I can practice anytime I want for the rest of my life.
I've been practising them daily, and I adore these workouts. The fact that you're encouraged to practice regularly helps you to really embody and master the exercises, and at the same time, you're also building a consistent self-care routine for yourself. I do them every day, and now I can't imagine my life without them. It's become a sort of meditation.
