305. How To Adapt Your Face Yoga In Autumn/Fall For That Glowy Look

As we move into a new season, our skin and our energy often shift too. Autumn (or Fall, if you’re listening from the US!) is such a beautiful time for reflection, coziness, and renewal and it’s also the perfect season to adjust your Face Yoga practice.

In this week’s solo episode of The Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m sharing four simple but powerful ways to adapt your Face Yoga in Autumn/Fall so you can look and feel your very best.

Here’s what you’ll learn in this episode:

  1. Setting seasonal goals

How to use the change of season as an opportunity for growth, reflection, and setting gentle, achievable goals. I’ll guide you through tips on how to make these goals inspiring and motivating, and share a few personal stories from my own seasonal transitions.

  2. Creating a cosy environment

Why autumn is the perfect time to lean into warmth, softness, and coziness and how making your Face Yoga practice nurturing and comforting can help you stay consistent and really enjoy it.

  3. Hydration inside and out

I’ll share practical ways to keep your skin glowing and hydrated as the weather turns cooler, including what to drink, how to layer hydration topically, and why combining Face Yoga with your skincare routine gives you the best results.

  4. Face Yoga + skincare integration

This is one of my favourite tips: doing your Face Yoga moves at the same time as applying your skincare products. I’ll explain why this is so effective, and how it can easily become a mindful daily ritual.

I also talk about my brand new course: The Face Yoga Expert Facial™ At Home, which teaches you how to do Face Yoga at every stage of your skincare routine. This course is available now at the early bird price of £18 until 10th September (and £21 after that). It’s a beautiful way to learn a structured practice that fits perfectly into your daily routine.
