327. Why I’ve Practised Face Yoga for 20 Years (And Why I’ll Never Stop)

In this week’s solo episode of the Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m sharing my personal journey with Face Yoga and why it has been such an important part of my life for over 20 years.

I’ve been teaching Face Yoga to millions of people around the world,  in person, online and on TV, but what many people don’t realise is that I also have my own daily Face Yoga practice and have done consistently for the past two decades.

In this episode, I talk about why I still practise Face Yoga every day, how it continues to support me personally, and why I truly plan to continue this practice for another 20, 40, and hopefully even 60 years!

I share how Face Yoga has helped me to naturally lift and sculpt my face, support healthy circulation, and keep my skin looking brighter, fresher and more radiant. I also discuss the emotional and mental benefits, including how Face Yoga helps me feel more grounded, calm and connected to myself.

We also explore the ageing process and why I believe having a positive, mindful relationship with ageing is one of the most powerful things we can do for our confidence and wellbeing. For me, Face Yoga isn’t about trying to look younger, it’s about ageing consciously, naturally and with self-love.

Finally, I talk about why Face Yoga is such an important part of my overall wellness and self-care routine, alongside movement, breath, skincare and mindfulness and why I see it as a lifelong practice, not a quick fix.
