354. What I Have Changed My Mind About After 21 Years in the Wellness Industry

After more than two decades working in the wellness and beauty industry, I’ve realised that some of my strongest beliefs have completely changed.

In this personal solo episode, I’m sharing the lessons that only time, experience and thousands of conversations with clients have taught me. From ageing and skincare to hormones, exercise, success and beauty standards, I talk honestly about how my perspective has evolved over the last 21 years.

In this episode, I share:

  • Why my view of ageing has shifted from trying to look younger to embracing healthy, vibrant ageing.
  • The biggest lessons I’ve learnt about skincare and why simplicity often works better than complexity.
  • How my approach to exercise has changed and why supporting your nervous system matters just as much as pushing your body.
  • What I’ve learnt about stress, hormones and the importance of looking after your overall wellbeing.
  • The supplements I now prioritise (and the ones I no longer believe everyone needs).
  • How my definition of success has completely changed over the years.
  • My changing thoughts on fashion, beauty and learning to feel comfortable in your own skin.
  • The evolution of the wellness and beauty industry over the past two decades.
  • Personal stories, reflections and the biggest mindset shifts that have shaped both my life and my business.

Whether you’ve followed me for years or you’re new to the podcast, I hope this episode encourages you to question old beliefs, embrace change and remember that growth often comes from being willing to evolve.
